The position pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may involve physical work and occasional long hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and basic carpentry preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Comfort working in a busy facility environment and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs not requiring a licensed trade.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities and identify repair needs.
• Clean and maintain assigned spaces; restock supplies.
• Assist with meetings setup and light event support.
• Respond to facility issues and notify appropriate staff after hours.
