Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Part-time Janitor for evening shifts at $15 per hour to perform all-purpose cleaning and basic preservation of facilities at client sites. The position requires flexibility to handle various tasks as needed and adherence to company cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 6 months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow chemical cleaner procedures to protect floors and objects.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste including occasional use of a compactor.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by client requirements.
