FVCC in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Custodian III to clean and maintain college facilities. The role includes cleaning offices and classrooms, restrooms, stocking supplies, and performing light maintenance.

The position requires operating cleaning equipment, handling ladders, and following safety procedures. Responsibilities include room setup for events, floor and carpet care, lighting maintenance, and providing campus safety services.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment

Responsabilités

• Cleans offices, classrooms, restrooms, and other areas; restocks dispensers
• Monitors and maintains college equipment, furniture, and buildings
• Arranges rooms for events and environments
• Performs hard floor maintenance and carpet care
• Replaces light bulbs and moves furniture; delivers supplies
• Locks/unlocks buildings and reports malfunctions or safety concerns
• Provides campus safety services and snow/ice removal
• Attends trainings and cross-trains for other duties
• Contributes to a collaborative and professional work environment
• Supports FVCC mission and participates in committees as needed
