Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Custodian in Bloomington, IN to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for clients, employees, and visitors. You will perform cleaning, sanitization, and basic facility maintenance according to established standards.

The role requires ability to operate cleaning equipment, stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work with a team during a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and power tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and floors using established procedures.
• Strip, clean, buff, and seal hard surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Set up facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events; move furniture as needed.
• Monitor and restock supplies, report safety concerns, and maintain daily logs.
