Job summary

Jackson County Missouri is seeking a dependable custodian to perform custodial duties in assigned areas, following standard operating procedures and assisting building tenants with maintenance requests.

The position works 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential shifts and occasional emergencies. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and consent to background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• No work-related experience required.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Driver's License or State Issued ID.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for custodial duties at assigned areas in accordance with the standard operating procedures for housekeeping and assists building tenants with miscellaneous work requests and maintenance of building.
• May be assigned to any 8 hour shift
• May be required to respond to an emergency basis
