Job summary

The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth is seeking a Custodian for the Facilities Management team. You will disinfect, sanitize and stock rest rooms, clean offices, vacuums and remove trash, and maintain public areas and laboratories.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a schedule of 4:30PM–1:00AM. Benefits information is provided by the department; this is a U.S. institutional position on a university campus.

Qualifications

• No minimum education or experience required.
• Must be able to access and maintain security of institutional infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop, wash, polish and wax floors and vacuum carpets.
• Dust, wash, and polish furniture and woodwork.
• Empty and clean waste receptacles.
• Wash and clean windows, walls and chalkboards; maintain restrooms and facilities.
• Deliver supplies and equipment between campus locations.
• Turn out lights and secure doors and windows to ensure building security.
