Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and production work.
• Familiarity with concrete, general labor, and laborer tasks.
• Experience in carpentry or related trades.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints for construction or manufacturing projects.
• Comfort working with a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and move into more skilled positions over time.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated components and products according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform mechanical assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret tape measurements, blueprints, and layout drawings for accurate assembly.
• Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment, including lifting and positioning materials.
• Work with construction-related materials as part of the assembly process.
• Follow production processes and quality standards to build high-quality products.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and wear PPE as required.
• Attend on-the-job training to expand skills and advance to more skilled positions.
