Mercyhealth is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to clean and maintain patient areas and common spaces in a hospital setting. You will perform floor care, dusting, window and surface cleaning, and assist with bed-related tasks and supply replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned areas including furniture, tile, fixtures, sinks and restrooms.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and isolation/infection control standards.
• Maintain EVS closet/equipment in orderly condition; report hazards.
• Mix and store chemicals safely and operate cleaning equipment.
• Assist with special projects and room turnover as needed.
