Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Environmental Services Aide for the evening shift to ensure clean and safe environments throughout the facility. You will collect bio waste and trash, distribute linen, and maintain floors per the established schedule.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, moving heavy equipment, and following infection control guidelines. This position is covered under a SEIU collective bargaining agreement and weekends-only work is required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to push/pull heavy equipment and move loads.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and floor care standards.
• Must understand proper trash disposal and linen distribution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and infection control standards.
• Collect bio waste and trash throughout the facility and dispose properly.
• Collect and distribute linen and maintain floors per schedule.
• Move and reposition patient beds and furniture as needed.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to standards.
