Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning in healthcare environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Aids in maintaining a sanitary, orderly, and safe patient care environment by cleaning assigned areas according to schedules and methods.
Assist with moves, recycling, delivery of supplies, and removal of trash and biohazard waste.
Maintain equipment, carts, and supply closets to present a professional hospital appearance.
Comply with PPE requirements to protect against exposure to biohazards and chemicals.
Observe safety policies and report any mechanical, structural, or electrical issues.
Interact with patients and visitors using courteous communication and scripting.
