Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Must read MSDS and cleaning chemical instructions.
• Effective communication with patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in patient rooms and assigned areas.
• Empty hampers, trash, and manage waste.
• Inventory and restock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment; report repairs.
• May perform special cleaning projects.
• Respond to questions from patients, staff, visitors.
• Work under supervision in an assigned facility/area.
