Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking Attendant at Desert Diamond Arena to ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow during entry and exit. You will provide first-person guest service, assist with directions, and manage parking operations with a focus on a positive guest experience.

The role requires staying alert, handling weather conditions, and working long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 years of work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience preferred in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests as they enter parking locations.
• Assist guests with directions to other locations or quickest entry points into the facility.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly parked by vehicle permit.
• Set up and breakdown signage and traffic management equipment in assigned parking locations.
• Operate gate controlling arm and ensure ingress/egress flows are smooth.
• Other duties as assigned.
