Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Utah is seeking an Evening Event Day Dishwasher to support Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth games at the Delta Center. You will maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition to ensure smooth event service.

This role emphasizes safety, proper chemical and temperature controls, and teamwork with kitchen staff. Pay is $18.00 hourly with readiness for the first Mammoth preseason game on September 26, 2026.

Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of cookware and prep surfaces.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels in the dishwashing area.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Removes trash and maintains sanitation of the kitchen and dish area.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
