Job summary

Dorcas International Institute of RI is seeking an Education Supervisor - PM to lead the evening Adult Education and ESL program, supervise instructors, and ensure high-quality instruction aligned with program goals. This role involves coaching, classroom observations, and professional development to support learner outcomes and compliance with Adult Education standards.

You will coordinate substitute coverage, review syllabi and lesson plans, monitor attendance for grants, and prepare payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, TESOL, adult education, or related field.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or instructional leadership experience in Adult Education or ESL.
• Experience with immigrant, refugee, or multilingual adult learners strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening Adult Education and ESL instruction to ensure quality.
• Coach and observe instructors, providing feedback for professional growth.
• Coordinate substitute coverage and teacher professional development.
• Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with grants and program requirements.
• Prepare administrative reports related to payroll, grants and development.
• Support a safe and welcoming environment for adult learners.
