Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - conducts initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - documents planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluates responses to interventions and revises care as needed within multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership - participates in process improvement to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Operations - performs duties supporting safe, efficient department operations.
