Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Identify and document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Lead and participate in process improvement to meet quality, safety and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise plans of care as needed.
