Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an Admissions Supervisor for the evening shift (4pm–12:30am) to oversee daily admissions operations and staff development. You will coordinate inpatient and emergency registrations, work with the central billing office, and uphold Service Excellence across the department.

Requires 2 years of registration experience and prior supervisory experience in ER admissions.

Qualifications

• Two years of registration experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience in ER admissions required.
• Experience coordinating inpatient/outpatient admissions and bed management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the Admissions Department, including admissions, registrations, bed management and financial counseling.
• Coordinate inpatient, outpatient and emergency registrations and serve as liaison with central billing.
• Uphold Service Excellence standards and conduct staff meetings and training.
• Interview candidates and hire new employees; monitor policy compliance and evaluate processes.

Education

High school Diploma or equivalent

Associates degree, preferred
