ReaderLink is seeking an Equipment Operator for a mid-shift in Denton, TX. You will inspect gear, unload shipments, and ensure accurate inventory using RF scanners. The role requires standing for long periods and handling up to 75 pounds periodically in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Prior equipment operating experience required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours in a day and walk up to an hour.
• Must have no fear of heights.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Maintain equipment battery by checking water levels and charging.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare product for picking and shipping with exact counts.
• Operate RF scanner 90% of the time.
• Move pallets and transport loads to designated areas.
• Keep records to maintain inventory control and security.
• Load/unload product onto/off pallets or lifting devices.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment with safety as a priority.
