Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team in Denton, TX. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional Saturdays and early 6:00 am starts. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, loading/unloading, stacking merchandise, operating an RF scanner, and following OSHA safety standards in a fast‑paced environment. Prior equipment operation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior equipment operating experience is required.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and walk up to an hour.
• Must be able to climb and push/pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for picking and shipping.
• Operate RF scanner during tasks.
• Follow safety rules to maintain personal and coworker safety.
