ReaderLink is seeking an Equipment Operator for mid-shift in Denton, TX. You will operate forklifts, load and unload shipments, and ensure accurate inventory movement in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Prior equipment operating experience required.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and walk up to 1 hour.
• No fear of heights.
• Able to lift 36–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to carry up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues to maintenance.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare product for picking and shipping.
• Operate RF scanner to ensure accurate counts.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Move materials to designated areas and load/unload pallets.
