Job summary

SanMar is seeking a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator in Jacksonville, FL. The role runs Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with pay range of $18.50–$27 plus a $1 differential per hour. You will locate and move product using RF scanning, load and unload, and prepare orders for shipment.

We expect 1–3 years of lift operator experience, the ability to read labels and SKUs, and strong attention to detail. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and comprehensive medical plans.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKU information.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product, scan with RF unit, and identify locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper operation.
