Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant in Fergus Falls, MN. The role involves keeping our facilities clean, safe, and visually appealing, with regular interaction with staff, patients, and visitors.

Shifts are 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, 80 hours biweekly, with weekend rotation. Compensation ranges from $17.23 to $23.75 per hour, and final pay is based on experience and internal equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Education: must read and write and follow written and oral directions.
• Must complete the pre-employment health screening process.
• Must be able to attend the work site as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Clean & disinfect public areas, restrooms, offices and exam rooms.
• Trash & recycling collection.
• Floor care (vacuuming/extracting/sweeping/mopping).
• Dusting.
• Cleaning of glass.
• Maintaining equipment and storage/supply areas.
• Assist in other areas as requested.
