Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a dedicated EVS associate to perform floor maintenance and cleaning tasks at Methodist Fremont Health Hospital. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work Mon-Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm with every other weekend and holidays.

A strong work ethic and team mindset are essential for maintaining a clean, safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal communications.
• Basic cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to work a 3pm–11:30pm shift with occasional weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mop and machine scrub all hard surface floors.
• Vacuum and spot clean carpets.
• Clean upholstery as needed.
• Perform stripping/refinishing of floors as needed.
• Handle waste disposal per guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary areas across assigned facilities.
• Follow Infection Control guidelines and safety policies.
