Job summary

Methodist Northeast Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Environmental Services for an evening shift (3 pm–11:00 pm) with rotational weekends. Join an organization that invests in its people and supports a broad range of benefits.

You will oversee environmental operations, ensure cleanliness, coordinate staffing, and work with hospital teams to maintain high standards. Prior supervisory experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Makes work assignments and priorities; conducts inspections to ensure standards.
• Assists in requisitioning, maintenance and repair; submits work orders.
• Communicates with Bed Control and Nursing Units; uses TeleTracker and manages patient flow.
• Counsels employees and refers unsatisfactory staff to manager per policy.
• Cross-trains and adjusts schedules; may rotate to other MHS facilities.
• Prepares daily activity records and evaluates personnel performance.
