Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Environmental Services team member in Shelby, NC, working the OR shift from 6pm to 2:30am with every other weekend. The role requires at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, the ability to work independently, and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or similar role.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department to meet standards.
• Evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspections and quality control.
• Coordinates staff training on chemicals, equipment, processes, and safety.
