Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor for the Atrium Health Cleveland facility in Shelby, NC. This full-time role involves coordinating daily housekeeping operations, training staff, and maintaining records.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $21.85 to $32.80 per hour. Candidates should have at least one year of institutional housekeeping experience and prior supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for the assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Maintains records and documents; operates and maintains departmental equipment.
