Responsibilities

• Engage MVPP patients in the ED to build rapport and identify goals.
• Coordinate with overnight ED staff to support MVPP patients.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly in EPIC.
• Escalate concerns to MVPP leadership as needed.
• Adhere to data entry and RESPECT behavioral standards.
