Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking Manufacturing Associates to operate electronic PCB production equipment for automotive radar components. The role involves following safety and quality procedures, participating in daily team meetings, and performing standard work with a focus on continuous improvement.

The position offers a 4-on/4-off cycle schedule, with 5:30pm–10:30pm shifts (20 hours per week). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k match, and PPE in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and processes.
• Follow safety, production, and quality procedures.
• Participate in start-up communications and assign work.
• Maintain training documentation/status and on-the-job training.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions and suggest improvements.
• Perform workstation audits and respond to abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance during line down periods.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, and cost goals.
• Contribute to team Kaizen activities.
