Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I/II (Day Shift-B) to operate production equipment and follow safety, quality, and process procedures in our Texas facility. This onsite, full-time role supports daily start-up meetings, training documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires basic manufacturing experience, 18+ years old, and ability to read, write, and speak English. Benefits include immediate medical/dental/vision coverage and a 4-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and processes.
• Follow established safety, production, and quality procedures.
• Participate in the team’s daily start-up communications meeting and assign work.
• Maintain personal training documentation/status including on-the-job training.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and provide input for improvement.
• Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow-up on abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Determine and react if operating conditions become abnormal.
• Perform preventive maintenance routines using checklists.
• Preserve normal equipment/process conditions.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor first line maintenance during line down situations.
• Support daily 5S+1, Quality, Delivery, Kaizen, and Cost goals.
• Utilize problem-solving methods to drive permanent corrective action.
• Participate in Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
