Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking Manufacturing Associates to operate equipment for electronic PCB production used in automotive radar systems. You will follow safety, quality, and standard work procedures while supporting daily start-up meetings and task rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English.
• Preferred: 3+ years manufacturing or logistics experience.
• Experience operating machinery and troubleshooting equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and processes.
• Follow safety, production, and quality procedures.
• Participate in daily start-up meetings and assign work.
• Maintain training documentation and status.
• Perform 5S and Kaizen activities to improve outcomes.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support cross-training and team goals.
