Job summary

AUMOVIO is hiring Manufacturing Associates to operate equipment that manufactures electronic boards for automotive radar detection. This role supports safety, quality, and process improvements while working a 4-on/4-off schedule on the day shift from 8:00am to 6:30pm.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED and can read, write, and speak English. Relocation is not offered; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and processes.
• Follow safety, production, and quality procedures.
• Participate in start-up meetings, assign work, and establish job rotation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks.
• Troubleshoot line down situations and perform minor maintenance.
• Maintain 5S+1, quality, delivery, Kaizen, and cost goals.
• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
