Job summary

Nature’s Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to help maintain manufacturing and distribution equipment and oversee preventative maintenance.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic systems, participate in SOP development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. A strong background in electrical/mechanical repair and GMP awareness is expected.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic's degree or certification with electrical/mechanical repair background.
• 5–8 years related work experience; facility maintenance is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day facility upkeep and repair manufacturing/distribution equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and Preventative Maintenance program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance projects.
• Source and order parts; perform maintenance tasks as needed.
