Electromechanical Technician | 2nd Shift

Germantown, WI

Job Type: Full‑time

Shift/Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay: Base + Shift differential = $34.50/hr – $39.50/hr.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electromechanical Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLCs, robotics and other computer‑controlled equipment used to support production operations. Additional responsibilities may require working with project and utilities staff to support production needs and organizational initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for all electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems to support both production and non‑production related equipment in accordance with established standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot programmable device configurations and systems hardware to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Focus on improving equipment reliability, minimizing equipment downtime and support improvement activities for productivity and yield enhancement.
  • Assist in the execution of process validation, tooling or package development testing to support organizational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other cross functional groups to ensure equipment downtime is communicated in a timely fashion and that decisions are in alignment with production needs and overall company initiatives.
  • Adequately document all work in company computerized maintenance management system to ensure complete compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements while following the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices.
