Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year hospital or doctor’s office experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and PC skills.

Responsabilités

• Originate a patient medical record and account number with demographic, financial and clinical data.
• Complete insurance verification to maximize reimbursement.
• Achieve point-of-service collection goals and support department targets.
• Provide compassionate service and uphold the Critical Success factors of the organization.
