Job summary

Beyond Support Network is seeking Residential Counselors to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, community involvement, and increasing independence. This on-site, full-time evening role offers a $22/hour starting rate with 37.5 weekly hours and shifts including evenings.

You will provide skilled supports, follow strict regulations, and participate in trainings to ensure safe, empowering care. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Must be willing to obtain AMAP certification.
• Experience in developmental disabilities or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide habilitation services to participants per Life Plan or IPP.
• Follow agency and OPWDD regulations, policies and procedures.
• Attend required trainings and meetings as designated by supervisors.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reporting documents timely as directed.
• Perform duties per Core Values and Mission Statement of LDA of WNY.
