Job summary

Beyondwny is seeking a Residential Counselor for full-time evening shifts in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, community involvement and building independence, including cooking, life skills, encouragement and companionship.

Work 5 days per week (37.5 hours) with evening hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 2pm–10pm; Fridays and Saturdays 3pm–11pm. This is an on-site position with a starting rate competitive for the area.
