Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

• Assist clients with basic living tasks (showers, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation in FCC forms and logs (reports, progress notes).
• Report incidents or emergencies to supervisors promptly.
• Follow Plan of Care and monitor medication procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
