Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a Driver Check-In Coordinator in Sacramento to manage driver check-ins and returns with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll interact with customers, vendors and teammates daily to resolve issues and support the distribution process.

The role requires forklift experience, DOT/logbook familiarity, and basic computer skills. This is a Monday–Friday schedule with evening shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• 1+ year warehouse/unloading experience.
• 6+ months PIT (standup forklift/electric pallet jack).
• Ability to communicate effectively and apply general math skills.
• Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
• 6+ months foodservice distribution industry experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries.
• Reconcile cash/receipts and file DOT logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Verify and re-enter returned items into inventory system.
• Communicate with inventory personnel about quality concerns and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs/maintenance as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
