Core-Mark in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Driver Check-In Coordinator to manage driver check-ins and ensure accurate returns processing. You will interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally, ensuring questions are answered promptly.

Responsibilities include verifying receipts, reconciling cash, and coordinating with inventory for item re-entry. This role requires handling DOT logs and vehicle maintenance records, plus supporting repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• 1+ year warehouse/unloading experience.
• 6+ months PIT experience (standup forklift/pallet jack).
• Ability to communicate effectively and perform basic math.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• 6+ months foodservice distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries.
• Receive drivers' receipts, reconcile cash and checks, and secure.
• Review DOT logs and vehicle maintenance reports; re-enter items into inventory.
• Coordinate with inventory personnel on delivery challenges and quality concerns.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
