Job summary

Core-Mark in Texas is seeking a Driver Check-In Coordinator to support our delivery operations. You will check in drivers, process returns, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining professional interactions with customers and coworkers.

Shift: 9am start, 10-hour days. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday; off Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Pay: $18.00 per hour. This role keeps goods moving and reinforces our commitment to reliability and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ months in a warehouse environment.
• Administrative support experience with basic math and data entry.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• 1+ years in warehouse environment (preferred).
• Foodservice industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries.
• Reconcile cash and checks and file receipts.
• Verify returned items and re-enter into inventory.
• File Department of Transportation (DOT) logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Reconcile damaged goods and returns and re-categorize inventory.
• Communicate with inventory personnel on quality concerns.
• Coordinate with drivers and managers regarding delivery challenges.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
