Job summary

Trash Butler is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will represent the company in a fast-paced evening environment, using our field app to log time and tasks and safely transporting waste to on-site dumpsters or chutes.

Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a growing organization. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and own an open-bed pickup truck for some properties.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and navigate stairs in multi-unit buildings.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection at service sites.
• Use Trash Butler’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash using a pickup truck or cart and dispose of it properly.
• Perform additional duties at communities as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents.
