Job summary

Mallinckrodt is seeking a warehouse associate for our Hobart, NY distribution center. You will load, unload, pick, pack and ship materials across daily operations, using forklifts and standard shipping practices.

You will maintain accurate records in our order and inventory systems and support cycle counts to safeguard inventory integrity. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of distribution experience with forklift certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 1–3 years (with at least 1 year of distribution experience and forklift certification).
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic, spelling, English grammar and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders for shipment using scanners, carts and forklifts.
• Move, restock and pick items; ensure accurate packing and shipping records.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to prevent loss.
• Load and unload materials at shipping/receiving docks; verify product receipt in systems.
