Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking warehouse personnel for our Hobart, NY Distribution Center. You will load/unload, receive, store, move, pick, pack and ship materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Primary duties include assembling orders with scanners and forklifts, maintaining records in inventory systems, and conducting regular cycle counts. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years distribution experience with forklift certification.
• Basic arithmetic, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, receives, stores, moves, picks, packs and ships materials.
• Assembles orders for products to be shipped from the Distribution Center using scanners, carts, forklifts, hand trucks, gaylords, pallets and other shipping materials.
• Maintains accurate records of receipt, movement, packing and shipping using computer order, inventory and shipping systems.
• Moves and restocks pick locations as needed; checks packaging conformity and disposes of rejects.
• Stages, packages, palletizes and prepares orders for shipment; ship confirms daily shipments via the JDE system.
• Loads and unloads materials on the shipping and receiving docks; expedites inbound and outbound shipments.
• Conducts cycle counts and inventory audits; maintains area audit readiness.
• Keeps distribution area clean; follows cGMPs and SOPs.
