Dry Force in Irving, TX is seeking an Evening Dispatch Supervisor to lead and optimize our Dispatch team. The role emphasizes scheduling accuracy, QA oversight, and training of new hires to uphold service excellence in water damage restoration.

You will mentor staff, manage shift changes, and ensure high standards across daily operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with experience in QA and BI-related

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on developing team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to address performance issues with tact and professionalism.
• Familiarity with QA compliance and customer service best practices.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving in changing environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day Dispatch team operations and scheduling.
• Mentor and train new hires; provide feedback and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor QA, conduct call reviews, and ensure customer service standards.
• Manage and communicate shift changes with Communications Manager.
• Support Dash dashboards and reporting, including weekly updates.
• Escalate and route customer concerns appropriately as needed.
• Contribute to policy discussions and implement process improvements.
• Ensure on-time daily schedule completion and route adherence.
• Close day with zero open jobs and finalize tomorrow's schedule.
