Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed during shift.
• Empty trash cans and keep bins clean.
• Assist cooks and prep cooks when necessary; clean stoves, ovens, fryers, and related equipment.
