Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living tasks (showering, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed with a valid Arkansas driver's license.
• Maintain accurate documentation in required logs and forms (care plans, incident reports, progress notes).
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor administration when needed.
• Support clients in activities and ensure safety and confidentiality in all interactions.
