Devereux Pocono Center is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, supportive care for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a dynamic team environment.

Full-time availability for the 3pm-11pm shift or split shifts is required. You will assist with hygiene, daily routines, and community outings, participate in trainings, and complete assignments as directed by the coordinator. Competitive pay and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Experience: One year preferred in human services
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, supportive care to residents and meet physical, emotional, and personal needs
• Assist with hygiene and daily routines, including community outings
• Attend training sessions and complete assignments as directed by the coordinator
