The position offers on-site work, ongoing training, and a supportive team focused on dignity and respect for individuals with developmental disabilities. The starting wage is $21.55 per hour with opportunities for growth and tuition assistance as part of our education

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required.
• Must meet Vehicle Operator requirements (excluding overnight/relief shifts).
• First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and Medication Administration certification (or ability to obtain).
• Must pass background checks and clearances (SCR, Fingerprinting, SEL, MHL).

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support individuals in developing independence and social skills.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration (if certified).
• Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
• Encourage community integration and participation in activities.
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
