Qualifications

• No formal degree required; compassionate, friendly, and trustworthy candidates preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized plans and safety protocols.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation in EHR.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Support independence, self-help, and social skills.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified.
• Document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
• Encourage community participation and social activities.
• Assist with transportation using agency vehicles as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with individuals, families, and colleagues.
