Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide community-based supports in Lower Burrell, PA. The shift is FT Eve (3pm-11pm Sun-Tues/Thurs and 7am-3pm Sat); pay is $16.00/hour with on‑demand pay available.

You’ll assist with personal care, budgeting goals, exercise, and nutrition while building trusted relationships with participants. This role requires compassion, reliability, and a valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
